He has over 15 years personal development experience working within Private and Public sector organisations including O2, BT and Royal Mail. Now working as part of the NHS, Richard works with both individuals to develop leadership skills and also teams to help them maximise their potential and effectiveness. His clients experience improvements in their productivity, time management, motivation, leadership skills, emotional intelligence, goal attainment, creativity, stress reduction and work/life balance.

An accredited MBTI, TMSDI, ACT and EQi practitioner, Richard has, at his disposal, a range of resources to support any client development action plan. With experience of leading on a variety of coaching and personal resilience workshops, he shares tools to increase confidence, motivation, and achieve goals. He believes in working in partnership with individuals to help them find new careers, balance their lives, improve their relationships, work more effectively, clarify and reach their goals, and be their best.
As a qualified fitness instructor, Richard has worked with many clients to improve their physical health and personal goals. This adds another dimension to his ability to work with clients by blending transformational inner work with practical results.
